Sophian at heart holds Ph.D in Management, EPDSMMS from IIM Calcutta and MBE. With an ardour for creative and innovative thinking, have created a niche for herself in Education Industry.
Having an experience of more than 15 years in academics, research and teaching, backed with banking industry experience and expertise in transforming management Institutions by focusing on organisational development, in her current role, as Director, FMS IRM, have been contributing immensely in the success of the Institute. With continuous perseverance in improving Academic Quality, Research Orientation, Building Global Interface, Developing Entrepreneurial Culture, Improving Corporate Linkage, Creating Performance Oriented Work Culture and Digital Branding has facilitated FMS IRM in reinventing Management Education.
